Tiriti o Waitangi claims and Maori Legal Issues

Employment Law


Tamatekapua Law has represented clients in the Employment Authority and Employment Court. We are able to assist with Personal Grievances and dispute resolution relating to any aspect of the employer/employee relationship, designing and drafting employment agreements and any other issues arising under the Employment Relations Act 2000.

Public and Constitutional Law
